AirWrx Launches to Enable an Aerial A.I. Work-flow.

From the team at EnviroDrone, AirWrx is launching to better analyze the massive amount of data drones collect to provide greater insights and higher quality intelligence to the environmental, construction, mining, public safety, oil & gas, and other commercial sectors.

WINDSOR – August 1, 2019 – AirWrx Inc., a company on a mission to provide autonomous, robotic teammates, has launched today. Using artificial intelligence (AI), AirWrx is more effectively harnessing data collected by drones and keeping users safe in the process. Founded by the team at EnviroDrone, AirWrx is expanding upon EnviroDrone's Explorer UAV legacy and by integrating AI and machine learning software into the AtlasX GIS cloud-based platform. The company will provide customers with intelligent UAS, that both collect and analyze data to create actionable insights for users in their specific market verticals. The decision to place an increased focus on artificial intelligence comes from years of industry experience identifying that the power of drones is limited only by the use and understanding of the data they collect.

Aptly named to promote enterprise businesses to put aerial data to work, AirWrx deploys drones and AI to remove humans from unsafe situations. Smarter data collection and machine learning enable decision makers to quickly and efficiently address a problem or execute a mission, while ensuring human lives are not put at risk, or company time in the field is not being wasted. With sophisticated analytics, decision makers no longer need to spend hours capturing and watching video, or scrolling through ortho's; instead, AirWrx will identify information of interest, and ultimately connect all of the data to a digital Atlas.

“After 4 years of innovating and redefining drone technology, the team at EnviroDrone saw the limitations facing the industry – namely the complications and risks of retrieving and analyzing large imagery datasets,” said Vidya Veeramallu, Software Developer of AirWrx. “For a number of our client, we were collecting and housing massive amounts of information with our UAS, but there was no service in the industry to quickly and efficiently turn that data into actionable insights. In 2017, we began moving beyond just hardware with the groundbreaking software developments in AtlasX.

"AirWrx is now a full-service solution that not only meets customers’ aerial needs, but also quickly processes data that enable insightful decision making.”

AirWrx’ new machine learning capabilities enable users in the public safety, oil & gas, and other commercial sectors to collect data and turn it into actionable plans. The data is backed by scientific grade tools and work-flows to provide further evidence for data interpretation. Most importantly, AtlasX is not just for geospatial analysts, but is easy-to-use and accessible to everyone. AirWrx drones will perform fully autonomous missions to make it easier to identify features of interest across multiple use cases. For example, its drones can aid in the maintenance of oil and gas assets, such as oil tankers or pipelines, enabling operators to identify areas that need repair without sending humans into potentially dangerous working conditions. AirWrx drones can also monitor the development of a natural disaster and alert first responders of increased action in a certain area.

Ryan Cant, Founder and CEO at AirWrx, said: “Our history as EnviroDrone has enabled us to propel our business to new heights with the launch of AirWrx. The same group of talented, innovative thinkers who delivered best-in-class fixed-wing drone technology and Drone Data as a Services (DDaaS) flight at EnviroDrone will continue to push the bounds of the drone industry at AirWrx.

Building upon our past success and knowledge, AirWrx provides commercial markets with a full-service drone solution that combines the power of autonomy and machine learning to change the landscape of the drone industry.”

EnviroDrone's flagship product the Explorer, is now known as ARESX - Aerial Regional-scale Environmental Surveyor, which will continue to be available from AirWrx. AirWrx also plans to launch new technology to solve the needs of its commercial partners and ensure greater safety of people everywhere.

The AirWrx logo can adapt to nearly any software application. The preferred variation is two-colour on a white background. It should be used in all screen and print mediums unless illegible due to surrounding design elements. The reversed variation should be used in case the logo is displayed on imagery and/or coloured backgrounds. It is important to ensure that background images are dark enough to support legibility.
